Body Fuel — Restaurant in Town of Pittsford

I travel frequently between Albany and Rochester for business, and I’m always on the lookout for healthy fuel to keep me going. I recently discovered Body Fuel in Rochester, and it’s been a game-changer! They have an incredible selection of protein shakes and energy bowls, perfect for long trips. My favorites are the Acai bowl, the Hulk protein peanut butter shake, and their protein balls – they’re all absolutely delicious and packed with nutrients.

The staff at Body Fuel are super friendly, and the service is top-notch. Whether you’re local or just passing through Rochester for business like I do, I highly recommend stopping by for some healthy fuel. Trust me, it’ll make your trip that much better!

On the webster location i reviewed BANANA BATTER & BLUEBERRY PANCAKE being my favorite that was true untill i had their september feature GIMME SMORES SHAKE😮😮😮😮 thats the best shake they have EVER EVER had!!! i know i was told it was only limited time OR UNTILL ingredients run out:( i think they should make it permanent its so addicting me and my son order it twice a week there❤❤ we're obsessed if we never tried this place as much as we do i would definitley say that gimme smores would draw immediate attention to go. Overall experience was just meh. The food was way overpriced for how much you get. The bowls are small and pretty bland. The messaging on the menu was confusing and misleading. It states bowls have açaí berries, bananas, strawberries, blueberries and almond milk, but that’s actually what is blended into the bowl, not included with the bowl. I see their point in listing it all, but other açaí bowl places will list it as those are the ingredients blended into the bowl to eliminate confusion.
