Rocket Fizz - Soda Pop & Candy Shop — Attraction in Traverse City

Awesome nostalgic little candy shop. Took my daughter there for the second time when we came to town on vacation and had an absolute blast.

I must note that the staff I encountered on both of my visits, All of them, not just one or two people ,were extremely friendly, helpful, nice and just overall wonderful people to be around.

They were even extremely understanding and helpful when I started to have some difficulties with my 6-year-old autistic daughter getting over stimulated. Not all stores are like this. Trust me. My daughter and I unfortunately deal with it on a regular basis.

This store is probably one of my favorites in that city. As soon as you go in your eyes are in shock because they have so much stuff. If you’re looking for candy you can’t find, go here! They have so many different types of candy, soda, toys, and just all kinds of different things. They probably have over 200 different types of sodas. Candy is just everywhere!! Candy from different countries, candy for gifts, or candy for yourself. If you’re looking for a certain type then look here because you will more then likely find it. If you are bringing kids here plan on spending money and time there 😂. But overall it’s definitely a must see when you are here....

This may be my favorite shop in traverse city now it had an epic selection of soda pop ranging from barf dirt and grass to your standards of cola and root beer along the walls are a candy selection that puts the soda to shame letting you choose from what may be the holy grail of candies on top of this is the signs the amount of adult humor thrown into these made my entire day allowing me to laugh at myself and my wife while browsing through the store pointing out signs that applied to our life now after all this I found the red arrow rootbeer that pays homage to my brigade in the military which really sank this into being a store to...
