Single and Odd-Numbered Groups Not Welcome. On many of the rides, especially the popular ones, they have a “No Single Riders" rule. And when those same popular rides are built for people in pairs, either you or someone in your group won't be able to ride. They don't ask you to wait by the side for another single rider, they just ask you to leave. And it doesn't seem like it's trying to address capacity issue, when they intentionally run those same rides (including the most popular, the Zipper) at half-capacity. Even the most basic ride, the Ferris Wheel, has a big "No Single Riders" sign in front of it.
