M22 — Local services in Traverse City

We’ve been shopping at M22 for a long time. We’ve loved the products and the energy. That all changed with our visit to the TC store on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. What started as a pleasant enough shopping visit ended with our leaving empty handed and disheartened…not because of lack of products, but because of the behavior of two of the employees. A young man and young woman behind the counter were not nearly as discreet as they thought with their side glances at a customer, smirking with each other, and continuing to look and smirk. This continued for several minutes. I made eye contact with the young woman, hoping my non-verbal attempt to communicate “hey…knock it off” would suffice, but she control smirk. Sadly, their behavior said a lot about their character, and was a pretty sad and disappointing representation of the M22 brand. It might be worthwhile to remind your employees that customer service isn’t just ringing up an order or helping to find the right size…it also means ensuring that ALL customers feel...

Purchased a shirt, to realize that the stitching was coming out. I called the TC store to learn about my options, Olivia was fantastic she spent 20 mins on the phone with me answering my questions, guiding me on how to present my exchange request to the sales team, locating my purchase in their system, and merging my account purchases. Then no questions asked the sales team provided me with a replacement. Outstanding service. I have been in sales for over 17 years now and hands down this is the best. I love this store and always have some my first purchase in Glen Arbor in 2013! I would highly recommend this store to anyone and after this experience they are by and far even better than I originally thought. Thanks...

From the minute I walked in the door the young lady that greeted me was busy but she was gracious and quite professional. I asked for the location where I'd find the most in the way of ball caps and she directed me right to the area where the M22 attire (ball caps specifically).

Found my selection. Miss Murphy ass9ted with checkout. She was gracious enough tohandle the transactionl in a very kind gracious professional manner.

Retail is difficult at best and it's really refreshing that you've been able to find capable individuals that are fresh fun and professional at the same time. Not a big shopper but this experience was well worth it and much appreciated.
