After reading the reviews my family and I decided to stop in for a late breakfast today, March 1. The best part of our experience was the hostess. She was kind and attentive. She seems to also be the busser as she spent more of her time cleaning tables while the wait staff hung out elsewhere. It wasn't busy so we didn't wait long for our food which was nice. The food was bland and nothing about it made me think "WOW". Should hash browns be "soggy"? NO. The portions are smaller than expected and nothing was actually hot which made us wonder how long it sat in the window before we were served. Is that the hostesses job too? My daughter asked to substitute her bacon for hash browns and we were still charged for the hash browns. Make that make sense...it doesn't! Our server was mediocre but not the worst. I kind of wished the hostess would have served us instead. To elaborate on that I didn't appreciate being given our check before our plates were cleared. It feels like we were being asked to leave. I'm all about turning tables but we were rushed. I'm from the service and hospitality industry so I know this is unacceptable. No offer to refill coffee or our water either which made it clear to us that our experience here needed to end. On a $65 check we left $10 for a tip and I had a hard time not leaving more...to the hostess! I hate to say this but at least at places like Denny's and Applebee's they train on proper etiquette, steps of service...

I don't know where to start! We were seated outside and the lady next to us decided to move right away because "her ears hurt"...outside in a public restaurant ??? I would like to mention that we are brown and the lady was white!! The waitress was nice to her, moved her, took her order first, and after 18 minutes she came to take our order! We got our coffees and juices for the kids! Then after 40 minutes of waiting we decided to ask the waitress about our food because at that point it has been over an hour since we sat down with no food still even though people who sat down 10 minutes after got their food already ! I was struggling to keep my autistic child quiet and chill after all the waiting! The waitress was very rude, told us we didn't wait that long and "you know what I am gonna call my manager and you can talk to her, ok great" were her words, even though we didn't ask for the manager, just our food! We even said at least the kids food because they are tired of waiting! The manager was super nice and apologetic and took care of the check which didn't matter to us and didn't make any of this better! The worst experience we have ever had, probably racially profiled, insensitive to our child with disability! Food was ok and not worth the over hour wait for me! Our last day of our vacation was ruined because of this experience! My advice, if you're a person of color or a person with a child with disability, that's not your...

Don’t believe the google reviews that say this place is good because after eating there I can tell you the food was horrible. After waiting 30 minutes to be seated which was fine because they were very busy. The hostess was very nice and the only good thing about this place! Funny thing is she also took our order and brought out the food. As soon as we sat down and I got a chance to look around I was very disappointed and a little grossed out by how dirty the carpet was and how dirty the place was. It was rated so good I figured it must be good. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and my husband ordered an omelette. My food was very cold so and the over easy eggs were very overcooked and the hash browns were soggy! When I told them they responded would you like me to microwave it for you. I know she could tell I was shocked and then she said she would have the cook remake my breakfast. When they brought my new plate sure it was hot but and eggs were cooked better but the hash browns were still soggy and the biscuits were dense and the gravy tastes like it came out of a can. I have to say if any of it was made from scratch the chef should be fired!! My husband said his omelette was just basic and the eggs looked and tasted like they came out of a carton. I can never understand why any business that is this busy can’t take more pride in their appearance and their food! I will never go...

Can I just tell you how amazing this place is!!! When we first got here the wait time was 25 minutes. So we walked around at some shops and came back. I'm so glad we did!! The pancakes here are one of the best everrrrrr! I got the blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes and never had anything so great!! We also had the chorizo burrito and it was delicious too! The Honu Chai tea phenomenal as well. Add a couple creamer of Carmel macchiato and it’s very tasty. Ariel was our server and was so nice and accommodating. If the wait is long ask to leave your number and have them call you when ready. Every bit of the wait!! Enjoy

This is an adorable restaurant! It’s bright and cheerful, and while bustling with activity, we still felt like we had a cozy spot to ourselves to enjoy our breakfast. There were so many great choices on the menu, it was difficult to decide what to try first and we will definitely have to come back! The cherry cheesecake French press coffee was fantastic! We loved everything and they gave us very generous portion sizes. Our server, Cambell, was so friendly and kind. A great start to our day and in walking distance of our AirBnB! Thank you, Omelette Shoppe!

Read the reviews and decided to go. We had to wait for 40 minutes for a table. We just visited some of the shops nearby while we waited since they text you when your table is ready. The French press coffee was a nice touch and delicious. We ordered the omelette and the Starberry Shortcakes It was a solid omelette but the pancakes were amazing. The strawberry cream cheese in the pancakes was not to sweet paired with the brightness of the strawberry was delightful. 10/10 recommend the Strawberry Shortcakes. Great little place... worth the wait.
