Fun 4 Kidz Playground Tulsa — Attraction in Tulsa

I took my 2 granddaughters a friend and her grandson here today to play. While we were there they lost one of my granddaughters. I went to the front where the person is at checking in people and supposedly watching (worker was on her phone And never even looked up) the entrance/exit and told her that I could not locate my granddaughter could she please look on camera and show me where she was at. Lady wasn't very concerned and finally got up and started showing me the camera footage. While looking at the camera footage a lady walked in outta mall and asked if anyone was missing a kid. Said they saw a little girl half way down the mall that had only socks on. I took off through the mall to find her. The worker never said anything didn't try to go with me and help look, nothing. I found her and went back to playground to get my friend and the other kids. Still no one at the playground said anything to me. I asked to speak with manager/owner and was told they weren't there. I asked when would they be available worker said they never come in. Told me I needed to go on web site and contact them that way. So I went to web site but there is no way to contact anyone on there. I have called back up there and worked said "sorry there is no way to...

We went today with my kids. So, the facility as in the equipment was clean. But the bathrooms were out of soap and the employees said they were out and the owner was out of state. Seems kinda gross to me. They did have handsanitizer... but that was your only option. The parent area is tight but all in all adequate to watch your kids. Employees were helpful when my kid lost her socks. They found every other kids socks but not mine, so we had to buy new ones. Other then that they were busy playing card games and doing their own thing. For me and the needs of my kids it is a great place to keep them entertained so my husband and I could tag team christmas shopping. I wouldn't go here for any other reason. But, to have one of us shop and the other to let the kids play and swap it worked perfect. Comparing this to the indoor playgrounds in the malls in California, it was pitiful but for a place to contain your kids... this was much easier then the playground on the...

Unfortunately, our experience here was extremely disappointing. The staff member working during our visit was unprofessional and had a very poor attitude, which made the situation even more frustrating. I was trying to supervise my son in the ball pit, but the setup made it nearly impossible to do so safely.

Additionally, the overall condition of the playground was very concerning. The flooring was in terrible shape—buckling in several areas—which created serious tripping hazards. I witnessed multiple children fall due to the uneven surface. It’s simply not a safe environment for children.

I cannot recommend this place based on our experience. Safety and customer service should be top priorities, and unfortunately, neither were present...
