I should have known when I walked in and they was pleading with a guy not to write a bad review that I should probably go elseware. My screen was busted. I leave the phone and come back and they claim it needs a new battery on a week old phone.. interesting I said I'll chance it. I walk through the mall and within 10 minutes the screen goes out so I go back. They fix it and off I go till an hour and half later. The phone was laying on the console and starts flashing and freaking out. So I drive drive 84 miles back to tulsa for another screen. They screw up the next two putting them on. After about 30 min it's fixed with now screen number 5 and a new free battery. The manager assured he would be there to make it worth my drive back... and imigain this he was gone. During the night it has another glitch and starts flashing and buzzing trying to unlock so I take off the passcode and do a hard reset. The screen doesn't respond well it's delayed and way off on the object you touch. I call the company and they want me to drive another 84 miles back. This isn't feasible at all. The store tells me to call Corporate and the lady was very nice and caring then she sent me to the president.. very interesting when this man starts wigging out about how his company can't be at fault "he personally imports all the equipment from a 3rd party" this sounds even more like reliable equipment after hearing that. In summary stick with real American accountable companies that will actually stand behind there work and not just keep putting kicking the ball over it or...
Read moreTerrible experience. I am without words. I scheduled an online appointment (says that it will take 55 minutes) does not give price, but states if booked online they will give you an automatic $10 off. I dropped off phone at SCHEDULED time and was told it would be 2 - 2.5 hours. That is more than the time stated online. After approximately 15 minutes I got a call asking if they could put a different screen on my phone that wouldn't match. I informed them no, so they had to order the screen. I told them to take their time and even the next day would be ok. I was not given a price up front, online or over the phone. When I went to pick up my phone they charged me $300 for a screen. FOR A SCREEN! Then acted like they were doing me a favor. They seemed surprised that there was no quote given online for the ridiculous cost they were charging. The only information on their website is that they will beat competitors prices. It was my mistake for not doing my homework and trusting they would give me a fair and decent price that was competitive. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the cost...
Read moreI'm not sure where to start, but the first thing I'll say is if you see a sign that says "The Fix" you should turn away and run to Apple ok. This place is a scam and they use cheap parts. if you get your phone messed with here, Apple won't do anything with it. They damaged my home button during repair and they tell me they don't fix home buttons that I'll have to go to Apple lol. But to do so I'll need my original damaged screen back on for Apple to work on it. What's the common denominator here you ask? Don't call your store "The Fix" if you cant fix something that you supposedly specialize in. If you all are in business by the end of 2018 then i applaud you all for being the best con-artists out there. Now wait everyone for their response to my post and let's see If they have the ability to do what's right. Will they offer to refund my boss the total of the screen plus the expense for the home button they broke? Or how about all the gas money from us driving here all 5 times thinking we'd have a finished product just to get the run-around that they didn't have...
