Neat average size shopping mall perfect if you enjoy cozy shopping experience. Weekdays crowds virtually nonexistent unless special event or holiday weekends are a bit more congested but nothing like the the chaos that goes on at Woodland Hills Mall and other larger malls would recommend families and couples as well as the individual shoppers. Let me tell you a little something about this so called parking lot. For starters, there are a lot of spaces. I mean they're never always filled. Because they need more trees for shade on hot days. People like to park under shade. Basic human nature. You don't like being hot so why would your car? I know right? But if you're needing a parking lot next to stores that have all closed in Promenade Mall then this where you want to be.
