Harbor Freight — Attraction in Turlock

i am giving harbor freights a 2 star. reason. if you sell a product such as a portland pressurewasher. harbor freights should carry a replacement wands. they sell the hoses and tips. what the hell is wrong with stocking the wands. this is happening everywhere. what the hell is wrong with the management. so if your in the middle of a job and your wand handel breaks you have to order another one if the supplier has one in stock. i feel this all falls on management lack of proper management.i suggest taking your business else where..i know i will.....IF YOU WANT HONEST FACTS ABOUT THE BUSINESSES HERE IN TURLOCK. This is a nice clean store, however, their customer service is really lacking. They had 2 people on register and a lot of customers waiting to be helped. Not one person asked if I needed help nor did they explain their discount program. I was looking for something specific but couldn’t find anyone to ask. Excellent. Glad they’re down the street. I live in Modesto and all harbor freights are completely on other side of town…. Except new New one on oakdale road is nice but hardly on that side of town and carpenter one is deff on other side and that one needs a remodel especially the parking lot
