NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

I placed an order on 3/22/2023. The entire order was terrible, I called to get a refund. They gave me so many reasons why they didn't want to give me a refund. I informed them that I needed my money back and that if they wanted to they can come back and pick up the food. The lady over the phone told me that due to their COVID-19 policy they could not pick it up but they would process my refund. 10 minute after being told that, the delivery man came back to my work and rudely grabbed all the food off of my coworkers and my desk. I have never seen anything like this before.

I ordered Chicken wings, general Tso chicken, and lo mien.

The General Tso Chicken and sauce was BLACK. It did not taste like general Tso chicken AT ALL and the look of it was disgusting.

The chicken wings did not only have a sweet taste but it did not look like good chicken. It also smelled like it was fried in OLD OIL.

The lo Mein was extremely dry and the shrimp looked discolored.

I wish I had time to take pictures and upload it but like I said the delivery man came to my job and snatched up all the food we had ordered.

I have never witnessed costumer service be so bad not only over the phone but also in person with the delivery man. I have also never seen a restaurants food to smell, look, and...

We used to love this restaurant. We used to eat there before they moved to thus location and They were our standard of Chinese food. But my daughter moved and I am trying to be on the diet, so we didn't order for about 1 year. Went today to pick up my order Started with shrimp toast in the car, couldn't wait to get home, but unfortunately the only adable thing was Shrimp lo main. Wontons very fishy, so was shrimp toast, general tso very dry. Huge disappointment. Don't know if they had a bad day or got new people cooking, but food wasn't good at all . Will give them another chance, but don't think that I will want Chinese for a while after...

I ordered delivery and I was expecting the most tastiest Orange Chicken with fried Rice and a egg roll and when I tell you I've never been that disgusted with a restaurant before let me start off with the Orange Chicken the oranges peels were burnt to the point where I could smell them at first I thought it was just a the rice but the rice didn't even taste like anything i couldn't even get to the second bite of the rice without spitting it out. The egg rolls were too dry they gave me the weird spaghetti taco that I am not going to eat all for the price of 16.50 i also had to pay...
