J.J. Beauty & Beauty — Attraction in Union

Big store, with variety of products. Fairly priced for the products I purchased. However, I did not find any carts/bag to hold my soon to be purchased products. So I had to jam them in my arm(luckily I left my purse in the car, I say that because if I did have my purse I'm sure this one cashier would have been aggressive.) instead of assisting me the taller cashier just stood there staring at me. I only realized she was staring at me after turning around to check one more aisle. Then proceeded to ignore me when I went to the register, prompting the other cashier to assist me. The area is sketchy, I get it. But if you think someone is going to steal you should be physically proactive(walking in the area) or better yet provide some customer service. I know you've been profiled before you actually look like the type to steal. Overall the store has products -Pro, However the "customer service"...

I give this place 5star because of the servoce, and in union this store is well stock they also own a smaller beauty supply farther down.

Many Asia's make beauty supplies bin black neighborhoods, many are rude. Thisstore is not part of that many.

They are polite, KIND, AND WELL STOCKED. They also have a good wig selection Make up selection at what I called predominantly black frequent beauty supplies are amazing this one is no different. They have brading hair of all kinds. They have weave packets with theblace front, edge control.

I am so happy they made a bigger store so I don't have to go to Irvington, but the one in Irvington has more to choose from.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! The worst customer service ever. I purchased a wig and wanted to exchange the color of the wig. Therefore, I immediately went back to the register to let the rude cashier know. Mind you... I didn’t even leave the store yet and was already given a hard time by the cashier. He begin asking if I cut the wig. I informed him that I just brought the wig a few second ago!!!!! He lied to my face and said there is no exchanges! When the sign posted up behind the register and on the receipt states that they do accept exchanges with in 7 days of purchase in good/new condition!!!! I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. There are way too many beauty supply stores around to be treated this way once they take your hard earned money. SHOP...
