I came here today to try the pants that the staff of the shop ordered for me online last time, but I didn't like the pants very much, so I went to line up to return them. There was only one guest in front of me. After she paid the money, the cashier kept talking to the guest in front. Last time, the cashier instead of return, ran a purchase on my credit card, and I didn't realize it because usually people on the registry know how to do a return, so I took my receipt and left. Two weeks later, I was checking my credit card and saw that instead of return I was charged twice. Long story short, I went to the store and got my money back, but the guy who ran the transaction was interrupting me and said it's not a matter of training, but it happened because the store was really busy, which was not the case. I asked for a coupon or something for the inconvenience; this store is 30 min away from me, but I was told they don't do that. Well, I called Lululemon and got a $15 gift card for the inconvenience.    Read moreI have been to this store several times over the past 3 years. Generally the folks helping at the dressing room are nice and helpful. The front desk / check out staff is a different experience. Over the holidays I purchased a ton of items as holiday gifts. I went to return a few in January/ February and had a horrible experience. Rude, not helpful, and didn’t care about the Customer experience. I did escalate the situation and ended up getting an email from the manager of the store. They seem to be interested in my feedback however after conversations over the phone, I still wasn’t satisfied with the service. The bottom line is the customer feedback was not received well and they didn’t seem to care to keep my business I will be moving on and give much more of my business to Athleta and Alo as my sports...
