I recently spoke with Madison regarding a platinum necklace, and I really can’t begin to explain just how incredibly helpful and respectful she was towards me.

Personally, my experiences dealing with luxury items have left much to be desired. It’s not very often that I find someone who makes me feel comfortable regardless of my financial/social status. However, while speaking with Madison, I felt that I can be myself. I felt welcomed and respected, in a manner which one generally feels only when spending time with family and friends.

My husband and I had gone into Fox to actually compare prices and see if they had any Antique rings that customers had sold them. I was looking for that one of a kind vintage wedding ring. We brought along our 3 small children because I thought we would just be quick in and out. Louisa met us with a warm happy welcome and even with a mask you can see and feel her beautiful smile. As we looked at rings my babies started to get impatient but the other women working came to the rescue and brought them bottle water and a snack. When I lost my engagement ring on the day of my wedding, I was absolutely devastated. I had such a happy memory of my engagement, and it felt like a piece of that memory was gone forever. My engagement ring was vintage and the setting was somewhat uncommon, so I couldn't just go back to the original jeweler and order a replacement. I knew that I wanted to have my ring recreated, but I was worried that it would be impossible to pull off a replica that looked and felt just like the original, especially given that all I had left of the original was the photos on my phone.

The Fox team worked with my insurance company and even made it possible to upgrade my diamond at a reasonable price. The results speak for themselves (see the original and new rings side by side) and I couldn't be happier. I now look down at my hand and marvel at my beautiful ring, and I remember both my engagement and wedding days fondly.
