Iâve been coming to this location for a year now. My boyfriend and I come every Sunday. Iâm not sure their names but the light skin girl and the Asian girl are always there and are super great. They both know my boyfriend and I by name when we walk in. We never have any issues with them. Today when we went, we had to wait (which I get happens sometimes.) but the ladies in there today were down the hall talking to each other about how one of them use to have cancer and showing pictures on her phone and talking about how she active on tik tok about it. The other lady was saying how she couldnât even tell and she looks great now. Then when she finally came to the front to greet us we were told our suite wasnât ready yet. Once we got in it all was fine. We had no complaints. Our timer went off. We were getting ready to walk out and she new lady comes to the door and knocked. We said we were in there and she opens the door without being told to. We could have been naked. NEVER has this happened at this location or any SweatHouz location Iâve been to. She told us they set appointment times for a reason and needed us to get out on time so the next gust could go in. Meanwhile we didnât even get inside our suite at the appointment time because she was standing in the hallways talking about her personal life while guest are upfront waiting. Itâs not my job to come get the employees when I walk in. I even sat on the bench where they could have seen me and still had to wait. And then while we were leaving she tells me that she put a note in my profile about not getting out on time for the next time while people where sitting in the waiting area.    Read moreChanged my rating from 5 stars a few years ago to 3 now. They charge way more now and thereâs a lot less to offer. The new layout is really bizarre. The double suites only have one shower, the old ones used to have two. The old way made a lot more sense. Just because Iâm sharing the sauna doesnât mean I wanna share the shower. Also no curtain in the shower just wide open and completely in view of whoever is in the sauna, waiting for you to finish in the one and only shower.
Also, they used to have a little âgetting readyâ area with mirrors and hair dryers and whatnot. Theyâve moved that from down the hall in a more private area to right in the reception area, right by the entrance, first thing you see when you walk in. Itâs absolutely unhinged. I donât particularly want to be right behind the receptionist desk, in plain sight, blow drying my hair, putting on lotion, deodorant, etc. What the hell were they thinking? Anyways, the whole configuration of the place has lost the calming flow that it used to have, probably to make room for more sauna rooms and make them more money. Sad because this place used to be awesome.

Let me preface this by saying I'm extremely non-confrontational and am never pushed to leave a bad review, but this was too much to let slip. The manager, Tracie, refused to reimburse me $149 charged in June for a subscription I'd cancelled in March. The staff had mistakenly frozen my subscription in March, and the new June charges were "correct" per her. She refused to acknowledge that I wanted to cancel, not freeze, my account back in March. On top of that, about a week ago, I called and spoke with a staff member about this same issue and was told by somebody (after they spoke with a manager) that the charges would be dropped. Now a week later, the $149 is still being charged and I'm being told by Tracie that the call I made last week never happened because she's not seeing it in her logs. Infuriating. It is a very simple solution to just refund my money for services I never wanted or used, but not for this place. This is one of the most abysmal customer service experiences I've ever had.
