UPDATE: after telling me they would refund me for the membership of $99 due to their mistake I followed up a week later as I did not receive the refund. Mason told me all checks out and I shouldâve received the refund and he would follow up. Someone else called me back later saying they were not going to refund my membership and tough luck people make mistakes but weâre not willing to make it right then proceeded to hang up the phone on the call. Truly never received worse customer service in my life and hope everyone stays away from this money hungry facility.
Iâm extremely disappointed with the lack of care and transparency at this facility. I came to Restore Wellness as I was dealing with dehydration and blackouts, and after my first IV, I felt significantly better. I decided to sign up for a membership, hoping it would help me consistently manage my health.
During my visit, I was told about a $99 introductory fee for new memberships, and I expressed my goal of receiving at least three IVs per month. I confirmed multiple times with the staff that this membership would include three IVs monthly. They mentioned that for any specialty IV, there would be a small additional fee, which I agreed to, as long as it allowed me to get two more basic IVs that month. The team reassured me this was correct and proceeded with my IV. However, right as my IV was finishing, they informed me that there had been a mistake and that I wouldnât actually receive two more IVs for the month.
I was frustrated, as I would not have chosen the specialty IV or signed up if Iâd known it wouldnât cover the three IVs as promised. I asked to speak with the manager and was told Iâd receive follow-up within two days. After no response, I reached out again and finally received an email as they were closing for the day. Unfortunately, they denied my request to honor the original terms and instead offered a free ingredient as compensation, which was far from what I asked for.
Got a call from corporate and they told me I would be refunded the $99. Then when I called to follow up on the refund I spoke to the most unprofessional person at this facility
This experience has left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a client. I was looking for consistent support for my health, but what I received was a string of miscommunications and unfulfilled promises. I canât recommend this place to anyone seeking reliable and transparent...
Read moreBEWARE SCAMMERS just like a few other posts I read they overcharged us. Told my husband that his membership ended after âxâ day but when he went in there on âxâ day ONLY after doing services attempted to tell him that THEY made a mistake and his membership ended âwâ day. Then they waited over a week and charged a random card that we never gave them for day âffâ (I gave this card to a different location 4 years ago but had cancelled that a membership the following year). Theyâre response is that he came in after the membership ended. NO he didnât YOU told him that this day would still be included. AND your not even charging him for the correct date, your trying to say that he used services on day ff. Why would my husband go in the day after suspending his membership to pay full price for services? Why even suspend the membership? Does this make any sense? If that was the case that should have been said BEFOREHAND. However the biggest issue here for me is that they charged a card that I didnât give them and they were not authorized to use. AND can you believe that this guy tried to argue with me saying itâs a universal system. NO, no itâs not. THAT is called FRAUD. And just because I authorized you to charge my card in 2019/2020 does not give you the ability to charge that card in 2023, I revoked that privilege when I cancelled my membership in 2020. And again if it was a universal system why did we have to re-fill out all the forms and information when we went to Vinings? Wouldnât you just have all that from the previous location. They literally dug up a card we havenât had in our possession in years and was literally impossible to give to them, so I know that you had to steal that information. Also why charge this random card now when you've used a completely different card for all the previous membership charges? They stole it when it was convenient for them and because they were trying to hide their tracks. The other location even agreed that was not acceptable. DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR MONEY. Also they say that one of the services, the hyperbaric chamber will be open in a few days but itâs been 4 months and still...
