Here’s an update two years later from my original review since I thought to revisit it: I have their monthly skincare membership and go every other month now and am still so blown away by the improvement in my skin, especially old acne scars. It’s such a relaxing experience each time, everyone who works there is so nice and friendly, and I have such confidence in my skin even without makeup now.
Original review(s): Unfortunately they cancelled my appointment a day before it was scheduled for with no explanation. Guess I’ll be finding somewhere else.
UPDATE: They called and left me a voicemail and when I called back the lady I spoke to was so kind! I feel bad for leaving a frustrated bad review- turns out the cancellation email I received must have been a mistake the person I spoke to told me. They still had that appointment time available and scheduled me for it so hopefully I’ll be able to leave an even more glowing review on their services after my appointment today!
UPDATE ON UPDATE: I’m so glad they got in touch with me and got my appointment set back up because I can already tell I’m going to love going here monthly! Victoria is so knowledgeable about skin and does a great job educating you on the different services Dermani offers and what will work best to target your skin concerns. I signed up for the monthly skin treatment plan and am so excited to see how my skin flourishes with Dermani! I’ve already been recommending friends after just one treatment based on how relaxing it was. Even if you don’t have any skin concerns to target, it’s a great way to pamper yourself and take care of your skin after it has to daily deal with all the stress and environmental toxins...
Read moreThe facials at Dermani are good. I've had no issues with that side of the business. The reason that I've given them 2 stars is because they're very reckless with your banking and credit card information. In the month of July Dermani credited me twice for their monthly membership. I emailed and called them but no one answered or responded. So I went to my bank and put in a dispute on the charge. They responded to the bank telling them that I was lying and services were rendered even though they charged me twice. I called them to let them know that they have basically stolen money from me and they offered me a credit in October and then back to my regular membership in November. November is here and once again they've charged my credit card twice, now I have to do this song and dance with them again. When we sign up for these programs I imagine that we're giving our credit card information out with the intent that they will be used responsibily....imagine how awful it is for me to now have to call and once again go through the hassle of asking them why they consistently keep taking money without permission from my bank account. Is a great...
Read moreA friend recommended Dermani to me when I mentioned I couldn’t get into my dermatologist until December for Botox. The scheduling process was super easy, the available times convenient... and the location just down from my home and office is ideal! The space is what you would expect from a reputable medspa - clean and quiet - the staff welcoming and professional - and the prices were a nice surprise after years with my dermatologist. Interestingly the rates are more in line with what I paid in Dallas, TX with a plastic surgeon - who cautioned me when I moved that the prices in Atlanta were unusually high. I got the Botox, have seen minimal bruising - given my fair skin that’s an accomplishment - so feel comfortable in heading back for fillers!
UPDATE: I got fillers last night, and the experience was just as great as my first time. I was part of the decision making process for which product to use - I selected the more expensive, but there was no hard sell to go that direction - and due to the amount of massaging and post procedure ice, I am experiencing minimal bruising. Will definitely be...
