My husband and I went last night for a date night with friend. We did the Live/In Person escape room Atlantis, and it was so much fun. It was a medium/hard and it was truly medium/hard. Maybe a little bit more on the harder side, but it was a blast. It was really nice the room had lots of lanterns so it made reading clues easy and not a headache.the staff there was extremely nice and at the end they explained clues we missed. They answered all our questions after. We can’t wait to do another one. The location was great too because we were close to a bunch of different food and drink places so we enjoyed the whole night and didn’t have to drive all around town to get different things.

We played 2 of their rooms and the VR room so far and seriously LOVE this place. The puzzles are amazing and the owner is awesome. The puzzles for the bomb room require a lot of communication and the downside up room has augmented reality, which is a cool twist that I have never seen in an escape room before. You can tell that the game designer really put a lot of thought into the puzzles and wants to create something new and different. They also have virtual reality escape rooms and an arcade which is always fun. My friends couldnt stop talking about how weird it was seeing and moving their hands in the VR world vs. real life. Overall, we had a lot of fun! Great experience!

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I took my wife to play an escape room, it was her first time, with some friends and she had a blast. There are several rooms with varying levels of difficulty and amazing themes. Having such a great business in our downtown just adds to the choices of date night adventures we can now have. If you or a friend/family member is on the fence about escape rooms, just go down and give it a try. Just to give tidbit so that doesn't deter those who may be apprehensive, you are NOT truly locked in. I am looking forward to going back and playing some VR games and the new room coming this summer!

This is my first time at their Visalia location. I was a previous customer who played all of the rooms in the Tulare location. On this visit, we attempted Dracula's Demise and the Magic Academy. I will say both were an extreme letdown.

The Magic Academy is rated $50 for a group of 2-8. The instructions provided were so rushed that we spent the first 12 minutes, of 70, standing there not understanding where to begin. With 58 minutes left, one of the ladies came back up and more thoroughly gave instructions, so we had an idea of what was going on. Ultimately, it felt like a waste of time and money.

Dracula's Demise is rated 18+, for no reason. The room is not horror themed, nor is the mechanics. During this room, we were essentially left on our own. Any time asking for clues from being stuck, we would be waiting 10+ minutes for a response - just standing there.. waiting.. Moving forward into the last bits of the room, one of the puzzles was not functioning correct and kept giving us a different answer for 20 minutes. Finally, with 3 minutes remaining, a lady comes into the room and blames us, even though we've been asking for 20 minutes for assistance.

We have completed all rooms in Fresno, Tulare, and Visalia. This isn't my first experience, but this is likely the most dreadful. The rooms ran late, the staff seemed to not care about your time, one lady was completely rude when she came into Draculas Demise, like we were an inconvenience.

It's a shame as I absolutely loved this place in Tulare... However, my family and I will not be a repeat customer after this experience. I spent over 150 between the two experiences, to just stand around and feel like an inconvenience. It's a shame the owner...

This place is amazing, and very detailed. Ive been here two times, and it’s been an amazing time. However, the best part is the people who work there. They are so freaking kind and understanding. They help guide your decisions on what you should play, and do WHATEVER it takes to make sure that you have a good time. They treat you with respect and make it so you have a great time! The rooms are amazing as well. The stranger things room was so damn fun, and we had a blast. The bomb one was very hard and while we failed, it was still such a great time. If you’re on the fence about doing one, or about this place because it’s in Visalia and not a big city, don’t be!!! This is an amazing place to experience all the fun of escape rooms, and any questions you have I’m sure the people who work there will be happy to...

Took on downside up room as a group of 2. Were able to make it through the room fairly easily because we have done multiple escape rooms in the past. Clues were clever and the room was set up very well for a one room escape room. After we finished, the game master told us that they had more challenging rooms so we decided to do the c4 room. Again as a group of two, this one was very tricky and we completed it just under the time limit. Again, I like how the clues are laid out. Some of the clues are very slick and and the room / clue flow made sense and was really fun.

If you have no experience or lots of experience with escape rooms, you should visit cleVR. We had a great time and would...
