This location is not the best, you're better off going to the Hanford location. I looked online at some graduation decor, and was looking for a specific item. It said the Visalia location had 14 in stock. I went to the store and they barely had any of the graduation decor up, with tons of boxes in the aisles of other grad decor that had not been put up. I decided to ask an employee if they happened to have the item (since they apparently had 14). The employee seemed to not care and just said "what we have out right now is all we have," yet there were boxes of stuff that they couldn't be bothered to look through? I ended up submitting an online order for the Hanford location, which was ready the next morning (I placed the order super late at night.) When I got to that location, it was night and day compared to Visalia. It was clean, well-stocked, and ALL of their grad decor was out on the shelves. Hopefully one day this location can get its...

I bought a helium tank for an upcoming event, went to use and would not work; so now itās outside of return policy, and wouldnāt even discount a replacement tank. Update: Glad you got around to responding 2 months later. First of all, Iād ask myself would someone hold onto a tank, in the box, with the included string for almost a year to con a business out of not cash but an exchange, seems fairly far fetched. Secondly the seal would have to be broken to try to use the tank for the event that it was intended for but didnāt work, as people donāt typically purchase these just to keep around. As a business owner myself, I consider any potential issues case by case, and strive for customer service, but you would know this since you obviously researched my profile. Youāre better off driving 20 minutes and going to the HANFORD location because they are corporate and their prices are cheaper there, their service IS BETTER as well. Not to mention I brought my balloons from Hanford to get them aired up here, I showed my receipt and they still wanted to charge me an extra $5 PER BALLOON even though I bought them through party city and they were foil balloons. I called the Hanford location and they told me that they have their own rules since itās a franchise. Iām sticking to shopping at the Corporate location and so should YOU, itās worth the drive & they are much nicer, more organized & eager to help anyways, plus they hook you up...
