I would give a negative if possible but since 1 is the lowest, it’s the closest. The worst decision ever made switching to T-Mobile. From getting overcharged every bill, never having them pay off previous provider for phone’s & iPad, which we had to turn in and not paying off the early cancellation fee. We were told all we had to do was submit the most recent bill to T-Mobil and they would pay off both phones & iPad, as well as the cancellation fee. We were also told our bill would never be over $160.00 but our bill generally ranges between $180(+). Very rarely was our bill in the $160.00 range. We recently found out they were charging us for the Sync & Drive feature after it they assured us it was canceled. They also added a 4th line that we have been paying for without knowing because we enrolled in paperless billing to get an additional discount. On top of all this, there is barely service anywhere, which was extremely difficult when we lost power for multiple days. The phone they sold me was defective and shut down completely and I was never able to turn it back on. It also burned me when I unplugged it before it completely shut off. After speaking with multiple reps being promised a gift card had been sent, to pay off the phones & early termination fee, it was never received. This has been going on for over a year. To make matters worse, the rep in the store at The Shops at Valley Square in Warrington, Pa location was not well versed in the different plans and provided incorrect information, costing us a ridiculous amount of money. She told me she could import my texts for me. I deleted all but the ones I needed for important reasons. She had me go home to get my laptop for some reason and then refused to assist me in transferring them to my new phone and got annoyed with me when I stayed until the store was closing. She sat talking to her co-worker the entire time. I said to her if I was going to be doing it manually, I would have stayed home and not wasted my time but I needed this information and couldn’t leave until I had it all, which I ended up taking screen shots and emailing to myself which was extremely tedious. I would not recommend T-Mobil to anyone but if they did decide to switch I would highly recommend they do not go to this location. Worst experience EVER! I can’t wait to switch back to Verizon. They were the best. I always had service and they always went out of their way to assist me. Buyer be ware - if it sounds to good to be true, it is. I really do not like writing negative reviews and normally would not waste my time but this whole experience was extremely disheartening and I expected to have any issues resolved, not told what I want to hear and then ignored and that’s how I feel my situation was treated. I hope my review saves anyone the money, time and headache from...
Read moreSince Google is only offering the option to review the shopping center and not the store I visited, I will review the store. I went to Eastern Mountain Sports to find an MSR Pocket Rocket stove and fuel canister, and thankfully there was one left. They had a decent selection, but for the size of the store, it could've been a bit more extensive, in my opinion. Nice and quiet in there. I'm not a fan of stores being as loud as nightclubs, and I had just finished trying to find something at three different Walmarts during rush hour, so the quiet, naturally lit ambience was pleasant and calming. The prices aren't the best, but aren't the worst. The cashier was really great, was very chill, which is exactly what I needed. The staff doesn't hound you constantly, but are knowledgeable if you have a question, which I quite like. There are large windows throughout the store, so there's a lot of natural lighting, which is soothing, unlike the maddening florescent lights of most large chain stores. I spent much of the afternoon searching different stores for the gear I was looking for, so the chilled out atmosphere of EMS was an incredibly welcome change. Not only that, but they carried the exact product I needed. Overall, I had a great...
Read moreI love this place and I normally want nothing to do with outdoor shopping to be honest with you. It definitely has a great vibe there and a great list of stores
Oh yeah! AND the last time I was there I had an amazing experience at Mod Pizza, because of meeting their staff and learning how amazing they actually are. This is mostly because evidently the people at the top who own Mod Pizza are actually all about people and not profits, and it most definitely reflects in the experience you have when you go there and the awesome vibe the employees give. Oh yeah! And the food is great too!
I've always said I'd never work in a place where food is served, but after learning about the company and seeing how awesome the people are that they higher there, (and more importantly how they treat them) I'm suddenly rethinking everything I ever thought about the food industry and what I'm actually willing to do to make money lol
If you want to have your mind blown and get your faith in humanity back then definitely pay them a visit and check out their employment information regardless of whether you want to work there or not. You'll totally understand why i suggest doing this once you check it out and you'll most definitely be...
