Our most recent experience at Jordan’s was more of the same. Honestly, I no longer go to any furniture stores other than Jordan’s unless there’s something I know they don’t carry (like rustic, genuine, reclaimed barnwood furniture. Jordan’s is simply the best!

We need a new mattress to replace our 7 year old, “needed one quickly and didn’t have tons of money” mattress. We visited Jordan’s and were greeted by Bryan A (BFA). Not pushy, not in our face, not buzzing around like a shiny green fly at the picnic, just a warm hello and a “let me know if I can help”. Matters shopping can be daunting, so we admitted we needed help. Brian introduced us to BridgeIt (???) and measured us up. He asked us our budget and offered plenty of choices within, again with no pressure at all.

Bryan was knowledgeable, friendly, straight-forward, “human”, and especially super patience as we weighed our options. It took some time, but he explained all the benefits and intricacies of each while we darted around from one to another trying to narrow down the choices. We finally decided on one and pulled the trigger right away.

Don’t shop around. You’re just wasting time and energy. Jordan’s has an awesome selection to fit all budgets. The only thing better than the mattresses is BRYON! (Every store needs a Bryon. Go get yours!)

From four years ago: Went to find a hutch / sidebar / pantry to hold wine and compliment our dining room set. Showed up just before close on Sunday and searched everywhere for the elusive piece. Just prior to the announcement they were now closed, James Corey appeared from nowhere like a super hero! He asked what we were looking for and took us DIRECTLY to the perfect piece! Not only was he super knowledgeable and helpful, he was exceptionally patient as we debated what to do “after hours” (it wasn’t a hard choice - the piece was great, but decisions, decisions....). He didn’t pressure us to make a sale OR to make a decision. He was there to help - it was like having a friend along for the ride to help furniture shop! A few weeks ago my husband and I were browsing inside Jordan’s furniture just looking for a dining room table to fit our family at five. As we’re walking within the store we’re greeted by a very sweet man, Mr. Joe Mello. He asked us if we were looking for anything particular we let him know. We were just looking at the dining room tables and we have to double up upon the one that we thought with it our family the best. He gave us the information on the table told us the price and then told us About the additional sale that was happening, where we could say 15% off and when it ended. We spoke with him a bit more and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. We walked away with a potential on a table set, Mr. Mello’s schedule and his card because we needed time to make a final decision. A few days later, while my husband was at work, I decided to head to join his furniture to pick up the table that we had spoke to Mr. Mello about and he was there to finalize the sale. That process was also Informative and pleasant. I was able to get the dining set. I wanted, in the color I wanted, with delivery in less than a week, and a five year warranty for an amazing price. I left knowing that I had an amazing customer experience start to finish and that the entire process was a breeze in store. Now, when it comes to the delivery, the communication from the drivers was on point. They arrived promptly prepared and were in and out of my home in less than 20 minutes and left my furniture, fully assembled and upright with the care products and a lovely package on top. And most importantly, the quality of our dining room set is exceptional. We’ve been in our home for two weeks and having this dining room table means everything. My wife and I had been to several furniture stores with no real excitement with what we saw. She suggested we go to Jordan’s Furniture. We were only planning on looking around, avoiding sales people and still have fun furniture shopping for our new home. We immediately walked in the mattress section and were kindly greeted by Megan. My wife and I like to have fun with everything we do and Megan was so patient with us. She had that balance with joining in the joking but still remaining fully professional. She listened to everything we said about our aches and pains etc. She was an expert with Bridget and used that information to get us started in the right direction. We tried mattresses and gave our honest opinion of each one. Three hours later we finalized our decision! We said we needed to step out to speak in private and she did not hesitate to be accommodating to it. Many sales people would try to keep us from leaving (especially after helping us for three hours, they don’t want to lose the sale) but she was not pushy. We came back in, told her we needed more time to plan the purchase and came back the next day. She was just as friendly as the day before, remembered what we needed and liked, and we still had fun and finalized the sale. We are thrilled to finally have a great mattress to sleep on that works for both of us and are excited to come back for the rest of our furniture needs.
