The worst possible customer service I have ever received. So to begin my wife and I go thinking im going to be purchasing a new board. After waiting twenty minutes at the skate desk she asks for an associate. Twenty minutes later a female associate comes over and asks if we need help. At this point we are close to waiting almost an hour for anyone to help. Now Mind you a older male with Tattoos up to his kneck is walking around the store on the company phone the whole time swearing and arguing with what seems to be a personal phone call. So I pick out a deck and then im told because its 54.99 not 51.99 that its not eligible for the promo deal. I ask since at this point my wife and I have been waiting almost an hour and a half she then unlocks the case I say screw the deal and I pick out everything I need for the board to be built. He then walks away gets back on the phone and begins arguing on the company phone again. So at this point its now 8:45 the store is about to close so I said to my wife lets go. I then email Zumiez Customer service but its the weekend so ill have to wait back to hear from them. I then call today to speak with a manager which there is only a lower manager and im told that basically he cant do anything to rectify the situation besides appologizing well needless to say im going to wait to talk to Zumiez Customer service to see where this goes I will keep...
Read moreI've had great experiences with Zumiez....staff is awesome..clothes..especially hoodies are great...a little pricey but the quality of some brands they don't sell at wal mart or kohl's...lol.....are awesome too.....especially lurking class.. cookies....primitive has been great except for this last hoodie...I got it a few months ago as a gift so I recently opened it and wore it and washed only twice and all the decals are peeling off like it's 5 yrs old....the big p on the back is unrecognizable so is the web....the front says primitive across the chest and thats looking the same...never had this problem with any Primitive shirts...but this is my 1st primitive hoodie. Zumiez is awesome and love them but if I could get some info on how to get a new hoodie would be cool...I don't think zumiez could do it but please try to respond to this .....ill send pics too....but maybe a phone number bc Google has nothing on their company ..so if I could get a phone # or an address I could write too would be greatly appreciated...like I keep saying...I love Zumiez....your clothes are unique and shopping tere is like incorporated into my lives....I'm gonna set up all my stuff I got there and send a pic...love your brands...not mainstream robot shit...lol.....appreciated...
Read moreI was looking for a specific pair of shoes as a gift for a friend. Because the style was so popular, it took me calling four different Vans stores and three or four different Zumiez stores. My final call was to this Zumiez location. When I asked about stock levels for that style in a specific size, the employee on the phone assured me that it was in stock. He double and triple checked the size I was looking for to be absolutely sure they had it. He told me it was set aside with my name on it. I drove 40 minutes the next day to purchase them and was told there was only one pair but not in the size I was looking for. It had also never been set aside like I was told. The manager working that day didn’t seem to care that her associate had made such a big mistake that also took 1hr 20min out of my day for absolutely nothing. She called the associate and asked if he remembered and he claimed I asked for a different size even though we had both repeated the size back to each other multiple times...
