I participated in the Grant Proposal Writing Workshop at BAU International University in November 2018. I am very grateful for this wonderful opportunity to learn from the experts in the field how to write successful grant proposals to secure external funding for various purposes. The ability to write such proposals is an important skill required by Universities, NGOs, and other organizations. That is why I was so excited to participate in the workshop. I am just surprised how the service is provided when you are already studying with them, they treat you as an amazing person when you want to start studying with them, but once you are in, they change their behavior drastically. I recently faced an issue with my email that caused a communication gap between me and my DSO. Because of this misunderstanding, I had to visit the campus in person. Despite not receiving my earlier emails, my DSO was very understanding and supportive. She took the time to listen to my situation, clarified everything patiently, and provided help from her side without any hesitation.
