Hello to whom is reading this, PLEASE BEWARE of this university especially if you're a transfer ONLINE student. I am a current student here and I have been facing on going issues with REGISTRATION AND STUDENT SERVICES! If you're a ambitious student who wants to add more courses onto your schedule or have a handful amount of courses to complete to obtain your degree you will be meant with the most pushback and here is why. First, none will clearly communicate with you as a student if the classes were added to your schedule and if you decide to ever call the university itself you will receive several different answers. Second, you ask you to fill out a change request form with the classes you seek, NOW they said there is "not any guarantees' that is their motto. Lastly, they are very unhelpful and rude when you began to ask questions that they should already know the answer to. They also per register you for whatever courses they see fit no matter if you fill out the change request form or not. Most importantly lines of communication SUCKS bad all across the board. They do not answer their phones or emails or they give students false hope of when it comes to graduating. I been here since 2023 and I had intentions on starting my graduate degree with them but now that I got accepted to another university I am glad I decided not to sign on board. The dean's and directors are unhelpful as well. There is not any point of escalating alot of these issues since you won't get a clear answer. Once my undergrad degree is completed I want absolutely nothing to do with...

It’s been 3 days now back and forth trying to communicate and ask to find me a way to pay because the link they sent wasn’t working, 3 days! The question is how do you drop ppl without a phone call asking for explanation especially if they sent you a valid reason! I was expecting an email with my name on the presidential list since My GPA is 4 all year! Anyhow I want to give Mr Bashar Fadhil who helped me in a blink without leaving my house because I am very sick can’t even drive right now! He found a quick solution for me to pay and the financial department could help in 3 days! I am so sorry for this review but glad that I can give Mr. Basha the credit for his professionalism in customer and technical...
