I had a really great experience with Devin in the store. He helped me with finding a bunch of games I wanted to play like LiS, Little Nightmares etc. I also bought a PlayStation 5 controller and he suggested for me to put a warranty on it incase my controller ever breaks. I know that the ps5 controllers do stick drift so I thought it was pretty worth it. He also recommended the Gamestop pro membership and it seems worth the money considering you get $5 every month.
