I want to address your recent accusations regarding my review. It’s important to clarify that my feedback was based on my genuine experiences, and it is disheartening to be labeled as defamatory for expressing my dissatisfaction.

I felt a sense of obligation to leave a five-star review at first after you gave me a ride to your office afterwards the day of the court hearing victory, and both you and your assistant repeatedly encouraged me to write a positive review while I was waiting for my Uber to pick me up from your office. I felt pressured in that moment to comply, which is not how honest feedback should be given, as it seemed that my feedback was not entirely my own but rather influenced by the circumstances.

While I appreciate the victory in the first case, I cannot overlook the ongoing issues with communication that persisted throughout the process. Even when you were hired for the initial case, I found that communication was lacking, which contributed to my overall concerns. It was frustrating to feel left in the dark, especially considering I was paying for your services.

After that experience, I reached out to you for assistance with a second case, assuming that the successful outcome of the first would lead to a more respectful and engaged working relationship. Unfortunately, I have felt that the same communication problems continued, which has been disappointing and frustrating.

However, my review reflects my honest experience, which includes the ongoing communication issues I faced throughout both cases. It’s disappointing to be accused of defamation when all I did was share my reality. I have documentation of our interactions that highlight these concerns, and I believe it’s essential for you to acknowledge how your actions have affected my perception of your services.

When I decided to post a negative review reflecting my experience, I received multiple intimidating texts from you requesting that I take it down if I would like your help. The implication that you would provide your “professional response” that included confidential information I never authorized for you to disclose is concerning. It seems as though my honest feedback is being challenged to protect your reputation, rather than acknowledging my experience.

Instead of addressing the legitimate concerns I raised, it seems you are deflecting by accusing me of defamation. This approach does not hold you accountable for the issues I experienced, particularly the ongoing communication problems that affected my trust in your services.

I hope you can reflect on this and understand that my intent was simply to share my experience. Everyone deserves to have their voice heard, especially when it comes to professional...

The Luisi Legal Group Is a cut above the rest, and that in itself is an understatement. They are experts in their respective legal realms and fields. They take their time out to focus on your case on an individual basis, plan, prepare, strategize and present everything in Court.

He's seen the flip side of the coin as he's been on both sides of representation, which makes him a valuable asset and commodity to have.

This Firm doesn't treat you like a random file jacket with a name to appear on a Court docket, they actually care, follow-up to see how you're doing, ask about your family and things of that nature. They fight for you on every single level possible and are always encouraging and transparent.

Even when I've had a few questions and would call in, their paralegal/secretary was polite, and would be quick to give me an answer that I needed while Mr. Herrera was in Court.

I am very thankful, lucky and blessed to have Mr. Luisi, Mr. Herrera and the entire Luisi Legal Group on my side and represent me. The outcome has been great.

It's unfortunate that there is no 10 star rating for this Firm as it is a reputable, well respected and is a well liked group of professionals.
