Hello I was driving around town and making phone calls for package of "Windows markers package" as graphic windshield and washable from the car paint and they told me on the phone yes we have package like that for cars so I got there within the store area and nobody welcome me into the stores beside each employee was walking together and I also noticed one elderly person was asking for help and the employee by her body language she catch an attitude and refused to help her to pick some items out and I said to the customer I'm sorry I have to finish my task at this moment. So I'm walking around brought the store no help of where to find the items and then finally I spoke to somebody and it took another 35 minutes more to finally get person with the worst attitude looking at me all weird and I'm asking her question can you please tell me which items do you have in your store to use for Windshield celebration and she gives me a package of SHARPIE markers and I'm looking at the package but I do not see anything that will tell me it will come off my car if I put it on for $20 price and if I'm not mistaking Sharpie markers or like a permanent markers they do not come off especially if you put it on a car so as a business marketing and you're working for the company please know your products what you are selling to the customers because if you put that on your car believe me you'll be paying for more than $300 for a paint job to fix your car by Sharpie markers
the first picture I post up is from AutoZone the package that I was looking for and it's sold out
the second picture I posted this is the item I was recommended to use on my car for celebration decoration so you tell me...

Normally I love this location and I can’t even fathom how much money I have spent here, but I am very disappointed in my last two trips to this store. On Saturday I went there to get some last minute items I needed to make stuff for a concert for my friend and I to use as accessories to our outfits. On Sunday I opened the Cricut Smart vinyl (HTV) I bought and almost half of it had been used. Someone must’ve bought it and used part of it and returned it. And this store must have just put it back on the shelf without inspecting it.
I contemplated just taking it as a loss and not returning it because I knew I would get looked at sideways when returning it. But then I thought: No, I am not paying for someone else’s shadiness and this store’s lack of due diligence of inspecting items that are returned before placing them back on the shelves.
Yesterday evening, I went back to the store with the pictured item (even though I didn’t really have the time) to exchange it. And yes, I got looked at funny. The employees weren’t rude or mean, but it was definitely uncomfortable for me. I never received an apology for the inconvenience and was made to feel like I was suspect.
If I continue to visit this location for arts and crafts supplies (since Joann Fabrics will no longer be an option), I will be checking any Smart vinyl I buy, along with anything else packed in a way that is not fully visible, in my car in the parking lot of the store. But I will probably just start ordering my vinyl from Amazon because they are much better about matters like this and better...
Read moreI came to pick up some yarn and needles I needed, as well as look at some stuff for miniatures. While this is stuff you would expect to find at a craft store, don’t expect it from this Michaels. It has 1 and a half aisles of yarn, with most of the shelves completely empty. Most of the yarn that was there was either super chunky, variegated, or bottom of the barrel value acrylics in a few colors. They barely had needles either. Only a few in large sizes with the rest of it barren. It’s was almost like trying to shop at a store going out of business.
Tried to salvage the trip with getting some needed wood for a miniature project, but that was even more fruitless. Zero miniature section aside from a quarter of an aisle for fairy gardens. No balsa wood strips, just nothing.
The aisles themselves are small and difficult to navigate if you have mobility limitations and need aids. Support beams in the middle of aisles, blocking off access and forcing customers to wind around too narrow center displays. It’s made more difficult by the long winding check out that’s squished in there. Employees were nice, but that was about the only positive about this place.
It did not feel like a craft store, it felt like a blick with a floral section and a baking section. It’s really poorly designed, poorly planned, and poorly stocked. The Jo Ann’s across the street has a much better...
