The place is quite good, just one more among many, but it’s always worth giving an opinion and some constructive criticism. There’s good space, comfort, and pretty decent service. Also, they’re in a very convenient and accessible location. The only negative point has more to do with the chain in general than with this specific location. You can really notice the drop in quality and the increase in prices. The meat was a bit bland and somewhat overcooked, and the fries were a bit salty. It’s not that the food is bad, but the decline in quality over time is noticeable. I’d give it 3.5 stars if I could, but half-stars aren’t an option. And honestly, the chain has lost quite a bit of its essence to deserve 4 stars. In summary: a good place to eat, where the service was excellent, but the food stays at a 3/5. I know lots of people who work here, always a real treat to go inside. But there was this one time I had one heck of an experience at this location.

I've ordered the assorted box before, most of the time it's wings and drumsticks maybe one breast or two. So, when I do order I make sure I say how many breast I want, mild or spicy and I don't mind paying extra for it.

The woman who took our order seemed bored and when we asked her to repeat the order she said everything but my breast add on. So I leaned over and made sure, "With two spicy chicken breast in the box, I'll pay the extra fee."

She responded, "with the chicken." and I said the "Breast, I want two spicy breast put into the box."

We did this two more times before we pulled up to the window and had to check the box myself. I have no idea why the woman refused to say breast or repeat the order back as I said it but there is a BIG difference between "two chicken breast" and...

I never write reviews but I feel like this one is necessary. The food was great! However, the manager took my order (I knew he was the manager because he was wearing a terrible sweater) and he was immediately rude as hell. Look, that’s fine. The service industry is brutal especially in fast food and it’s hard to be nice to everybody you see. However, my order never showed up. I finally came back to the counter to ask about my order and he let the other staff members scramble to get my order together (took them about five minutes, no problem) but he didn’t even look at me or apologize or ask any questions. Just let the staff apologize for him like it was their fault. Pathetic! I’ve never seen such inept management in my life and I feel bad for the people that have to work for him. Anyway, everything else was totally fine and I appreciate the other staff members that had to carry his slack. We can only hope that one of them...
