I live very close to this Starbucks and visit it several times a week. I usually receive outstanding service here, but today I’m appalled by how how I was treated by their employee GiGI! I purchased a Grande Matcha Late with almond milk on Saturday April 11th from a different Starbucks location. Unfortunately, the Barista made my order with dairy and I was not able to enjoy my drink—when I tried going back the location was closed, but no worries. I brought the coffee and receipt with me to this location on Monday (Sunday was Easter) and asked if it could be remade. Starbucks is usually good about fixing mess up’s no matter what location it was purchased from. Unfortunately this location was not willing to do that, which is fine and not the reason I’m writing this. I’m writing this because of the attitude and disrespect I received while here. First off, I was treated like a scam artist and criminal for my request. Everyone seemed taken back that I was asking for my order to be fixed. Not to mention, Gigi was completely unprofessional! She was loud, argumentative and aggressive! When I tried to explaining the situation she spoke over me and cut me off several times. She flat out refused to listen to what I was saying. Then when I tried to clarify what I was asking, with a lot of attitude and a lot of sass Gigi told me she would loose her job if she replaced the drink. Me having been through this with Starbucks before replied, “ no you can’t, which I shouldn’t have and didn’t mean to say, but Gigi’s response was a ferocious, “EXCUSE ME, WHAT WAS THAT???” Maybe she was having a bad day, but I completely took this as a threat and considered it to be totally inappropriate for someone who was at work! Overall between her attitude and aggressiveness I don’t fell like she fully understood what I was trying to explain especially since she offered to refund the mess up, which to me is the same thing as replacing it. I don’t work there so who knows, but I feel if Gigi would have taken time to listen to me instead of being rude and impatient then we could have gotten somewhere. I ended up going back to the location I purchased the drink from originally and got everything squared away, but the fact that I had to be spend so much time getting an order corrected and was treated so poorly in the process is ridiculous. All I wanted is what I paid for to...
Read moreI recently visited Starbucks and was extremely disappointed with the management at this location. The so-called "manager" was unpleasant and unwelcoming, which completely ruined my experience. On one occasion, I accidentally burned my hand because the staff handled the coffee poorly—the lid was not properly closed. Instead of addressing the issue, I received no apology or acknowledgment of the problem. I purchased multiple times at this Starbucks location, and each visit has been less than satisfactory, largely due to the attitude of the management. During one visit, I ordered a matcha drink that was served with large chunks of matcha. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, there was no apology, no offer to fix the issue—just an ego-driven response from a young man who seemed more interested in defending his mistakes than making things right. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service at a brand that prides itself on its quality. Today i visited the location again, and experience at this Starbucks was troubling, primarily due to the unpleasant behavior of the manager. I have visited multiple times, hoping for a better experience, but it only seems to worsen. One time, I suffered a burn from hot coffee because the lid wasn't secured properly. Rather than addressing this serious safety concern, the staff brushed it off, and the manager failed to offer any proper resolution. I mentioned today about all those issues for past year and the menager gave me the answer that “my solution is to do not visit this location anymore” as i experienced issues. I never asked them to gave me my money back or anything to recompense for it. The entire experience left a very negative impression, reflecting poorly on the Starbucks brand. These issues need to be highlighted to head office so that they can address the unacceptable management at this location. Customers deserve respect and quality service, and it’s clear that this place is...
Read moreEdit 6/2022: The experience at this location has tanked over the last 6 months. The drive thru lane is longer than ever, and usually chokes the way into the Home Depot parking lot. If you want to order ahead, half the time they don't have that option on, and even if you go the old fashioned route by just getting into line in the store, you will be there forever.
The last 2 times I was there, it took 30 minutes for my drink to come out. I got my sandwich in about 5 minutes, but a cold brew took 30 minutes, and so did an iced tea, which was served to me so warm it damaged the integrity of the plastic cup and warped the lid, making it difficult not to spill.
I don't need a particularly stellar experience every time I get coffee, but I do need to be in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and this store can't seem to do it anymore. It's my closest Starbucks, but I go out of my way to avoid the frustration and hassle at this store.
Original review: The drive-thru lane can get really long, but that's primarily due to the scarcity of Starbucks drive-thrus. I've learned to place my order ahead with the app when I'm on my way and then just park and walk in to grab my coffee. Haven't ever had a wrong order here and the baristas have...
