Town of West New York Swim Club — Attraction in West New York

This is insane ... west New York put a post up about cooling centers and the pool been open this week due to the heat and I been waiting for a very long long time here and no one pics up the phone or has the curtesy to come and let us know that it's close so not only west New York lie to there citizens about been open this week but as well not answering the phone on the website or come down and let us know. The worse experience ever... I been in this heat waiting for someone to let us know what's gonna happen.. I hope they reward us with free entry's to the pool. This is the proof as well if what wny posted

It my first time there . Make sure u go very early . It was relaxed however after 12pm there was chaos . Life guards don’t stop the kids from jumping over pool in pool I was ateppped on kicked under water

Overly splashed by big kids with still no life guard stopping it

Eventually 2 boys hurt themselves from all the killing and diving they was doin

Even then there was no parent supervision most of the kids where there alone

I wouldn’t go back especially having to pay $25 as a non-resident just to go to a pool that it had no structure or organization despite that they had all the official tools to handle the situation yet ...

My son loves the pool. The summer staff that are college student are super friendly an always smiling . Afew of of the permanent staff could learn from the temp's. Con's the director Gorge E Gomez needs to come up with a more feasible pass for the West New York residence, who still decides to purchase summer passes for the month of August and stop charging full season passes for just one month.
