Tower West Apartments Association — Local services in West New York

My experiences here weren't spectacular. I worked for one of the third party companies so I saw a lot of things going on here that I wasn't too agreeable with. The concierges have many times been intoxicated during the night, fallen asleep and attempted to get the security guard intoxicated as well.

Also during my tenure there, management had changed a lot of the rules and would enforce some of the rules on only a few of the tenants. For example one tenant wasn't paying his monthly dues and it states that his car would be towed which was never enforced for the tenant. To another tenant he had his car parked there with no license plate and management had his car towed. Another experience was when the concierge lost a key to one of the tenant's apartments. Another experience was allowing anyone to park and never keeping a record of visitor's parking or visitors entering the building. Also they have another concierge there overnight who will cuss a storm with no regards to present tenants. To say that the staff isn't professional is not a stretch.
