Key Lime To Happiness — Attraction in West Palm Beach

Lets talk about this hidden gem! Google maps pulled up this location and I read a prior review that raved about its pies! No lies detected! The location is a bit hidden away but once you walk in you can smell the goodness. I was able to order the pie bites. The price was set to the point where i felt like i walked away with a bargain! Each pie bite was sizable and absolutely delicious. The bananas foster was my favorite by far with each bite being extremely well balanced (not overly sweet, nice bite, different textures). I took advantage while i was there and ordered the Derby Cookie. This was more of a brookie to me. Slight crunch on the outside with a chew towards the middle and layers of nuts and chocolate inside. I can see why its a favorite amongst Key Limes customers. Dont let its warehouse style location fool you, the orders were flying out the door and the owner is expecting to be super busy starting the month of October. Oh my!! Just picked up 4 dozen pie bites for pi day/3.14 (and a coworkers birthday) and I can't say enough good things! My coworkers were thrilled and raving and all asking where they came from. First, they LOOK amazing, just beautiful and perfect and pretty and appealing. Nice, sturdy, packaging. Second, they labeled each one by hand which was a huge help in the office. Third the pie bites themselves were amazing, so so good, everyone loved them, so many flavors to choose from and each one was gorgeous and a huge hit! I would highly recommend these. Take them to a party and you will be a hero!! Finally, the ordering process/website was very easy, the order was 100% perfect and they went above and beyond choosing the "bakers choice" flavors, not a repetitive or subpar one in the bunch. This is one of the best businesses I have ever encountered. Lauren (the owner) is so so sweet. You can really tell how much she cares about her business, her pies, and her customers. I have had her pies several times in the past, and they are always fresh, beautiful, and delicious. I have been bringing pie bite boxes to family holidays, and they're always gone by the end of the day, with everyone asking me where I got them from. Most recently, she made an assortment of key lime pie bites for my mid-size wedding and they were a huge hit!! People were telling me all night how much they loved the pies. Lauren went above and beyond in making sure the pies were secure as they were transported from west palm to key largo, and as a result the pies arrived in perfect condition, and were delicious when eaten 2 days later.
