Audio 1 One — Attraction in West Valley City

This place is terrible. Bad customer service. They belittle you and make you feel dumb tell you the system you have is crap and when you have a professional install done they say it is amature work. And then tell you to have there guy do it so you do and he does not hide wire does not cut to length he rolls it up and sets it on the amp! Then the converter they leave it in the open. It is seriously the cheepest and laziest work then they dont stand behind there work. They rip you off on price and tell you its an awesome deal when you can get it cheaper litterly ANYWHERE. This place is a waist of time do not go here. This is a pic of what they did. They did not even mount the amp. This is such a crap place. Do not take your stuff here. Go some where else. And the sub was just set on my seat instead of finding or building me a box for under my seat. Yeah this was a garbage place to take...

He gave me ZERO for my trade-in, and charged me MORE than what the amp is worth!!! Do NOT trust these guys ALWAYS do your own research.

These rip-off artists will give you a good deal or two until they earn your trust, and right when they have the chance to take a trade-in from you and sell you something worth half as much as they're charging they take it. I trusted him because I've shopped through him over 10 times in one year, only ever feeling slightly ripped off a couple times. Finally I come in one day and traded in a SRX250.1 amp ($150 amp) for a 500RMS MTX. ($120) He told me he will take $100 off the amp and sell me the amp for $140 with no tax. I agreed and I bought it. I check online later, out of curiosity, to find out the amp he sold me is only $120. Swindled out of my pocket and...

As a supposed jl audio dealer and specialist not knowing the cutout diameter for a 12 is 10.5 tells me you know nothing about the product...Also bashing other brands is very weak....just fyi...last concern to assume i dont know my products and tell me my high quality amp is low quality and sound exteme is top notch had me walking out once again empty handed....i try to love this place i really do...but these last couple visits makes it real hard... This is just my experience... I hope in the future we can successfully complete a transaction where what i buy isnt garbage, info inaccurate, things said kept honest.. until then your only getting a 1 star from a potential loyal customer..maybe thats not what ur after....Dont TRUST WITH W7 LINE THER ARE TOO EXPENSIVE TO HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE...
