Maurices — Attraction in West Valley City

Several times, we called to see if the item we ordered was there. We never received an email confirming the purchase. The man whom we spoke to was very rude and impatient with us and refused to look up by the name. So I went into the store with the intent to raise Cain. I got to the store around 1500. One of the girls greeted me with a smile as soon as we walked in. I told her I had a pickup in hopes that I had. She found it within 15 minutes by my name. This store seems mostly to be a fascinating mixture of torn jeans, vintage prints on new styles, and pajamas made from a material that has the same texture as dish towels. They do seem rather comfortable, which is probably the goal. It's not very busy in the morning, which is pleasant, and the employees are quite helpful and polite. I went into the maurices off 5600 w. I went in with 2 bags full of online orders I needed to return due to covid. Jenn was awesome! These gals have probably done a ton of returns this weekend since reopenong the stores but Jenn was still very polite and happy to help me! 1 system failure, two two year olds and one exhausted burnt out mama, later Jenn pulled through like a champ! I live near a different maurices but will drive to this one from now on...
