I have been coming here 4 times a week for about a month and a half now. I started in Level 1 (as everyone does) and am now in Level 1.5. I take mostly morning classes so I’ve experienced most if not all the AM 1 and 1.5 level instructions.
The place itself is extremely well kept and clean. I absolutely love the instructors here. Sarah is one of my favorites - she is the perfect instructor for 1 and 1.5 classes. She is super soothing and really focuses on breathing which is so helpful. I also love Elana, but haven’t taken as many classes with her just because of timing. I love Elana’s personality she shows during her classes!
Terry’s classes are hard in the best way possible. She pushes us to our limits and her classes make you feel like you got your money’s worth.
Nancy is the most bubbly person and has the greatest energy in her classes despite being at 7AM! :) you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is always providing individual support. She also makes an active effort to get to know everyone - she is the sweetest.

Read moreI want to caution potential members about my recent experience with Club Pilates in Westfield, NJ. Despite canceling my policy before February 1, 2024, I encountered a significant issue: it failed to honor the cancellation notice.
To make matters worse, I emailed the necessary documentation to the Westfield location manager as proof of cancellation. Nevertheless, my card was charged twice for services I had clearly canceled on March 1 and March 7, 2024.
This situation exposes a severe lapse in its billing and customer service procedures. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, I was met with a response that failed to consider the circumstances.
Prospective members, be wary when considering Club Pilates Westfield. My experience reveals a lack of commitment to honoring cancellation requests and disregarding its members' concerns.

Read moreThe response time to get anything is terrible. From asking to cancel my membership to requesting an invoice. I send emails, ask the front desk and responses are you have to wait for the general manager. Then they say oh we have a 5 - 7 business day wait period for emails, then again it's 7 - 10 business days. Today, they claim she is on vacation, there is no back up for her and they have to wait for anything until she returns before any update can be provided. Simply to get an invoice! The front desk has restricted access to do it and there is no sense of urgency for anything. The level of service and responsiveness to the simplest things is one of many reasons why I am canceling my services.
