I saw nothing but good reviews of this location and really wanted to eliminate the under eye hollows that I had gained in the last year of my doctoral studies. There were multiple red flags. Firstly, pricing was not transparent. It was not located anywhere on their website under services and calling and contacting repeatedly yielded no results.

When I arrived at the clinic for my appointment, my consultation was minimal and I was told that the price was by area not by syringe only after I asked again right before injection time. So $800 for under eyes, and I was given a very small amount of filler citing that my issue was over melanation for "patients who looked like me." Felt some judgement and not sure what that is supposed to mean as a woman of color, but I promise that concealer does not help eliminate my under eye hollows. If the nurse practitioner didn't think I needed it, why did she proceed anyway?

I did not see much improvement so I went back for a followup appointment where I was told one side didn't need touch up. So, I look the same as I did when I came in, still have under eye hollows, and out $800. I won't be returning and will be exploring other options...
