Pretty Brow art & spa — Attraction in Westland

I had been growing my eyebrows out for a few months and needed to have them done. I had read the reviews on this place so i figured I'd give them a try. BAD DECISION. I was trying to explain that to the woman and let her know I wanted to keep them thick before I could finish telling her that she rudely cut me off saying I know. She proceeded to do my eyebrows and literally two minutes later tells me she's done. I look in the mirror and it looked like my eyebrows hadn't even been done! I could have used tweezers and did what she did! She removed like 4 hairs off each eyebrow. I told her I want just a little taken off to give them shape and she tells me she would have to make them pencil thin if she did because how they grew in longer in certain parts. I've gone to places when I've had terrible butchered up eyebrows and they still were able to have them looking full and even. She clearly wasn't that experienced and needs more training. I paid to look exactly the same as I did when I walked in. I went to Dream eyebrow threading in Southfield right after. I told the woman working I just had them done and she asked was it 2 weeks ago. Went there this past Saturday 11/6/2021 for eyebrow tinting and threading. Have always swore by this place, but they hired someone new and she accidently threaded off half of my eyebrow. She said "I am sorry, I made a mistake but next time I will fix it". You could tell she was new. She was also extremely rough with it and I still have a cut under my eyebrow from the threading. I have never had such a bad experience with this place. The tinting was done too dark, but overall you cant tell a difference. (Maybe it's because half of my eyebrow is missing, so that takes away from the tint job.) I accept her apology for it being an honest mistake but now I have to walk around with half my eyebrow missing until it grows back and I can assure you I will not be going here again after years of going here. I paid $27 for the services, and feel like they should be paying me for being a test dummy on someone who clearly has no idea what they are doing. To be clear, STAY CLEAR of this worker. She has a red birth mark under her hair line that is very noticeable regardless of the dark hair. I did not get her name. Very disappointed by...

I can say the young ladies are super nice; however, this is the second time I came for services. The 1st time my left eye began to lose lashes the second day and was crusty feeling as I got into my car. Within a week I lost quite a few. The 2nd was this past Friday even brought a coworker with me. I asked her should I have all lashes removed and apply a new full set or will a fill in suffice she said only a fill but next time a removal and full set. Needless to say they came off in the car. I sat there and dried my lashes while she was applying and as I waited for my coworkers lashes to be completed. At work today and no lashes are on mine eyes but a few and my coworker has lost quite a few and was upset but willing to allow them a chance to correct it. The last thing is as she was trying to fix my left eye lashes, the one that was jacked up from 1st application, she pulled them off with tweezers with out applying some oil to loosen them now my real lashes are gone in that spot not to mention it was painful as...
