One star and that’s lucky. The manager Malcom is very rude and unprofessional. Lids is very unprofessional. I called to complain and do they take it seriously . “Oh we will call you to ask about more details .” Been over two months and nothing no call or email.
They will not answer the phone I called and rang two mins straight no answer. I decided to go in person. Tell me why I and my friend were across the hall way from the store. I called the store and Malcom the manager looked phone rolled his eyes and kept texting on his phone.
They do not care about you. The customer service is lacking . If you complain they will promise to call you back and never call. They are most likely on they phone rolling they eyes kind like the Manager Malcom rolling they eyes and waiting for the shift be over !
