Maurices — Attraction in Westminster

I came into this location in September 1, 2018 at 8 pm. The two closers have the worst customer service I have ever come across. I love Maurice's and have shopped the brand for years. However, the two young ladies were more concerned about trying on their own clothes instead of even acknowledging me. No hello, no asking if I had questions, no asking if I wanted to try anything on. Nothing. I did try on a couple things, and neither of them could be bothered with asking how I was doing either. I bought a couple things because I like the clothes, but their service was terrible. More concerned about themselves and getting the store closed by 9 pm. I left by 8:26 pm. They weren't wearing name tags, but I'm guessing by the time and date I mentioned, you'll be able to...

I gave them one star because they do have cute clothes, however, I am not happy with how I was treated. The minute I walked into the store I was being stalked by the employees. The first girl asked me if she could help me, I said no, I was ok, I was just looking, she told me if I needed any help to call her, but she walked away and didn't take her eyes away from me, not even five minutes later, another girl approach me with the same question, I told her I was just looking, again, some other girl showed up and asked me if I still was doing ok, I just threw on one of the tables the item I was contemplating to buy...

JOANNA was such an amazing help!!! Went in looking for a few simple pairs of jeans. Had my fussy son with me so a trip that should have been maybe a half hour turned into and hour- had to try on a few pairs-get sizes from the back and once i finally found a pair i liked i went to check out and realized i left my card ar home...shes held the jeans till the next evening for me and since i didnt have my son with me the next night i tried on a few extra pairs and she was just as helpful as the night before.
