Me and my daughter were sat right away, and the front door host was very nice. He informed us or waiter would be right with us. We sat for 10 minutes waiting for a wait staff to acknowledge us, nothing, no eye contact, no drink, nothing. 8 minutes into our wait, a couple was sat down a few tables down and right away the waitress for their table brought silverware and took their drink order, but we still waited. At the 10 minute mark I finally asked the buss boy when he walked by if he could get our waitress for the table. He returned to the table to let us know he made someone aware and they would be right with us. 2 minutes later a waitress came to the table asking why we needed help, and I explained everything to her. She apologized and took our whole order and said we could have a free appetizer for the long wait. I saw her across the room waiting on tables, so asked if she knew who our waitress was and she said she didn’t. We received our food and drinks in a timely matter, and we were only checked on once by the waitress that took our order, never attended to again after that, not even for the free refill on my daughters drink, just my water from the one time she went over there. Again she was not assigned our table as her area, but the waitress that did never attended to us and it made it an all bad experience from the moment we sat down till we left. The only people that were kind and attentive were the front host and the buss boy. Even when I was finally paying the bus asked if I would like the empty plates moved so they weren’t in my face, which I was thankful for. We wanted to order a dessert to go but because the waitress never attended to us ever but once to refill my water, we just paid and left. When I went to pay on the device I also noticed that the “free appetizer for the wait” was not free and was on there for an additional $8. Very frustrating because we never order appetizers and just did because it was free. So not only was it a negative experience, but also paid for something offered to us for free that we normally don’t get. I don’t know what was going on, I have never had any negative expo at any Red Robin’s I have ever been to. One of my favorite places to go that me and my daughter love to go to because of the atmosphere and amazing staff, but not this location and not this time. Read moreWe decided to dine in tonight and were happy to see that there weren't too many people inside - But we were taken to the smallest most uncomfortable table despite the restaurant being half empty. And everything honestly went downhill from there. The food was downright awful, the veggie burger we ordered was practically mush and the bacon cheeseburger was a hard mess. The buns were stale and obviously old. Fries were badly seasoned, and my plate literally had 4 fries on it. Even the root beer float was only half filled and tasted bad somehow. The glasses were FILTHY and had gunk all over the outside of them. Asked for a new one and got a cup of ice cream, nothing else.
Was ignored the rest of the night. Employees gave us a bit of an attitude when we asked to move tables, when we asked for a new float, when we addressed some of our concerns. We were pretty shocked at how blatantly and comically terrible this location was, definitely won't be returning anytime soon. Seems to be staffed exclusively by weirdos who couldn't care less about the quality of service or food. For the prices on their menu, definitely not worth the visit. We left our food half eaten and just got out of there. Better and cleaner location in Broomfield, 100% worth the drive.
EDIT: Owner reached out just for me to be ghosted by Customer Support. Asked me for my check number and etc despite paying by one of those stupid table checkout things. We left in such a hurry we didn't pay attention to any of that and we were served by 4 different people so it's irrelevant. Don't waste your time even trying. No one...

This is THE BEST customer service I have ever received from any company in my entire life. My business trademarked "Where exceptional service is expected". Im more than happy to say, this guy has Exceptional Service. This is unbelievable service. TOP NOTCH. I will continue to support this location. Stop in and see for yourself.
Second review: 6-27-23 The food is always bombay here! After ordering delivery on red robins website, Uber cancelled my delivery because they didnt want to wait a couple minutes for my order. Thats there job and I still say Uber is the worst delivery service in America. The Manager Travis, went above and beyond again, made me a new order and had it redelivered. This guy always makes it right, give him a raise. The customer service here is always top-notch. You've got my support and thank you again.
First review: The food from this place is always great. But i gotta say, the manager here really went above and beyond for me. I placed an order on red robins website. After placing the order i got a notification that uber was delivering it...you know ...the worst food delivery service in America. Well of course they delivered the wrong order. I called and spoke with the manager, he made me a fresh order and refunded my order and I came and picked it up myself. Outstanding customer service. 👏 seriously, good service is hard to come by...
