Absolutely horrific customer service. The female katarra, as she claimed her name is, was rude and not helpful at all. Claimed the package I was trying to pick up wasnât under my fiancĂ©âs name. Confirmed with the company I order from that the package was under my fiancĂ©âs name. She didnât attempt to work with us or help us in anyway even though Iâm deployed in Afghanistan and clearly my fiancĂ© has and ID with the delivery address. I had to request to package to be re-delivered to our home and now the package is lost. Thank you so much for not helping us... you had our package and it was for her birthday that I ordered for her from Afghanistan. I can guarantee I will get some bogus â this is our policyâ answer yet its ok to toss our packages at our doors or leave them on the street. This store could have easily helped us if they wanted to. Unfortunately I didn't have the envelopes for these but normally I usually come in and I'm given envelopes NO CHARGE. Ben helps me and immediately says I need to charge you. I asked why. He says because you're always charged. Never once have I come in with a prepaid label and been charged for the envelopes that you literally can order on the UPS website for free regardless of which open you choose. He "ugh" and rolls his eyes. He's like you know what, fine and skulks off like a little boy. Then when he walks away, he then goes to his coworker Sean and they both start laughing.
