Terrible customer service from corporate. We bought a $3000 teak table with a crack in the middle of our table showing up within days of delivery. We spent a lot of money on other furniture too. We let the Westport location know - Kim is great - and then sent emails documenting the damage. After multiple emails with Scott S., and not hearing back, we were finally told that the giant crack isn’t covered because it was caused by an umbrella. We didn’t even HAVE an umbrella when we first bought the table and took the first pictures. Save your money or shop somewhere that will honor a warranty instead of making up obviously incorrect reasons for not replacing your damaged brand new furniture. It’s honestly shocking how poorly they handled this issue. You get better customer service from Wal-Mart.
