I booked a condo through this company and had to leave early because the accommodations were unusable. The main bed is over 34 inches high and requires a step stool to access. A standard bed is around 24–25 inches. This was not disclosed in the listing, and the fact that a stool is provided in the unit proves this has been an issue for guests before. I am undergoing cancer treatment and have already had a double mastectomy, a hysterectomy, and hand surgery. Because of these surgeries, I could not use the stool to pull myself into bed — it was impossible for me to get in and out without pain. When I first raised this, management repeatedly framed the issue as “bed firmness is a matter of preference” and emphasized that “other guests have no complaints.” That is dismissive and misses the point entirely. Accessibility barriers are not about what “most” guests can tolerate. They are about whether all guests — including those with medical or mobility needs — can safely use the accommodations. This was an ADA-protected accessibility issue, not a décor or comfort preference. I also had an issue with the living room furniture: the listing showed a recliner sofa, but the actual unit has a small, stiff sofa. I specifically chose this condo expecting the recliner sofa to rest after chemotherapy, and it was not there. The WiFi was also out, which meant I couldn’t even relax with shows or movies as planned. On top of that, the pillows and towels were literally threadbare and old, adding to the sense that the unit was not being maintained at the standard advertised. I realize these issues may not matter to every guest. But for those with health concerns, mobility limitations, or anyone relying on the listing’s accuracy, they are significant. The lack of disclosure, the dismissive response, and the refusal to provide a refund made this stay unusable for me. As of now, I am still waiting for this to be properly handled and would like a refund. This company misrepresented the unit, failed to disclose accessibility barriers, and handled my concerns dismissively. Renters with medical needs, mobility limitations, or who expect accuracy in listings should take caution before booking with them. Andrea Strickland

We rented a dog friendly unit on the top floor with a gorgeous view. The unit was tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for a fun family weekend.

We stayed at their beautiful condo overlooking the beach and had such a great time. The condo had everything we needed to make a nice meal, relax and watch the sunset. It's hard to beat falling asleep to the sond of the ocean right outside your bedroom window. Everything was clean, organized, and in excellent condition.

The staff was incredibly helpful as well and quickly came to help us retrieve items forgotten during our check out....
