Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps your voice and the sense of wonder, while tightening up the grammar and flow: ⸻ Seafood Marina Visit – A Behind-the-Scenes Look We stopped at the marina just to see what it was like to watch all the seafood being packed—and it turned out to be a really interesting experience. Watching the shrimp process was especially fascinating. They dumped the shrimp into a large container, then poured a generous amount of ice over them. What stood out was how they always scooped out one shovel of shrimp before adding even more ice, sealing it all up, and loading the bins into ice containers. Those containers were then shipped off in crates by boat. I’m not sure why they always removed that one scoop of shrimp—maybe it goes somewhere special—but it happened each time I watched. I also got to see truckloads of oysters—really, entire pallets—being offloaded and loaded onto boats to be shipped elsewhere. It was neat to witness the process from this end and get a glimpse of where our seafood journey begins. Definitely worth a quick stop if you’re curious about how it all works behind the scenes!

Visited on 8/31/2024 Nice small town with fishing boats. When I visited, a car show took place, which had both classic and newer sports cars (corvettes). There were live music and local vendors with artwork and food. I also saw a sea lion catching fish at the harbor, which was very interesting. There's some fish smell a few blocks away from the main street, but once you get to the main street the smell goes away. Parking is easy to find.

We are sailing down to Mexico and needed a place to stay for the night. The marina was very accommodating, squeezing us in. We had an end tie next to some commercial fishermen who were unloading their catch. A short walk down the dock, and we were in the heart of town. Very reasonable prices as compared to the...
