Westport Fishing and Crabbing Area — Attraction in Westport

We went camping at a nearby nearby state park We had Brought our crab hocks with us & chicken drumsticks. This takes you to a parking lot. There are public restroom building there. There's A Whole strip of shops and restaurants and gift stores. But we walked down the pier 20, but all of the boat docks are open for public fishing & crabbing. There are like piers 1-20. In the middle , there is a blue building and I think you can pay to go crab with a service on the dock. Just be mindful that boats do part there and if they need to part move to another...

This was an amazing experience to see the ships, unloading all the oysters as well as the crabs. Just 20 minutes, approximately 40 crates of crabs were unloaded. There is a nice gift shop at the end of the pier also. People are very friendly. However, they cannot sell retail to the end-user or the customer and only wholesale orders are done...
