I went to this salon for the 1st time yesterday with my 8 year old daughter. The girl who did her hair was ABSOLUTELY Wonderful.

However, The Supposed to be professional grown man at the front was not. We waited and yelled hello through the halls for 15 minutes before he came to the front making us late for our appointment. Then blamed us like we were supposed to know what to do. Instead of just saying I’m sorry ma’am and leaving it at that. Instead , He was rude, disrespectful, tried to go back and forth with me and my spouse in front of our child. There was a lot said in the back and forth exchange which should not have ever happened if he was professional. Me and my spouse were highly offended. This front desk person made the experience horrible and confusing for my child.

Thank God the Stylist was Amazing.

What makes it even worse is that I have been texting and calling the so called Corporate number since yesterday around 2pm and no one has responded or answered so here I go on Facebook and any other media form which will include a Google review since I cannot file a complaint...

Listen Linda... anyone that has known me for decades (yes Im that young)... have never seen me in braids or twists with extensions, mainly because I don't ever feel like spending an entire work day in nobody's salon... I'd rather do my own hair and curse alot along the journey.

I saw @demistyles__ work on my cousin hair... after asking how long it took, i quickly booked her.... weeeeeeks out! Well, yall know I have a lot of hair and didnt believe I'd be out quick. 🤔

Appt was at 1pm... after degangling my hair, washing , hydro treating, blow drying, clipping my hair and styling it I was out of her chair by 4:15.... yes, In and Out! And I 😍 my hair! Hubby @strugglelife0 loves it too. 😘 I will be back...

To top it off she came in on her day off because JTs due to arrive on the 12th and she didn't have any openings next week... check her out, but good luck she's already booked for August and she just branched out on her own June 1st!

Meme is the absolute best! I went to her as a first time client and she was amazing.

The booking process was seamless, I love her website and Instagram. I appreciate how often she updates both. Meme is very prompt regarding communication, which I appreciate. Text/email, she was on it!

Day of appointment, I brought books and snacks with me for entertainment and instead I ended up talking to her the entire time as if we had known each other for years!!!

I’m very particular about my natural hair, she was very careful and attentive to my needs. She washed, conditioned and blow dried it prior to braiding. I’m tender headed and without her knowing, she actually handled my head gently!

The braiding was a delight, I actually almost fell asleep a few times 🤣 that’s just how much of an awesome professional she is.

I was attended ON TIME and I left there within the time she said I would.

Loved my hair and I’m in the process of booking another appointment.
