The cashier, Johanna, at the White Marsh Mall location, made a mistake in my order today & over-charged me; I became aware of this because the customer after me ordered the same thing & paid less. I asked that she fix this mistake; she then tried to embarrass me & rudely demanded the entire order back so I asked for a full refund instead. She never once apologized for her mistake & tried to blame the customer. The manager was oblivious & did not care about the rude treatment of customers. I took it a step further & contacted corporate to ensure this rude worker is removed & re-trained. I will not be going back until this is done. I will also inform everyone in my company & my business associates to steer clear of this eatery. No customer should be subjected to this poor treatment. I ordered a chicken California with lettuce and asked if it came with ranch and was told it automatically has ranch on it so I said just add lettuce to it got all the way home and there was no ranch on sub like why would I get chicken California if I didn’t want ranch I would just get regular chicken cheesesteak also my girl ordered a peach lemonade that was 5$ just to literally get handed a regular lemonade with peach chunks in it and literally had no peach taste at all the employee working front counter was super nice and respectful the food and drinks just were not it spent 20$ for 1 lemonade and 1 regular fountain drink and a large sub and honestly was a rip off!!!!
