If I could rate no stars I would, store manager Tamara and staff nasty, I ordered items in store on 1/4/20 to be shipped to my home, didnt receive items until 2/2/21. I didn't complain because I know due to the pandemic so it didnt bother me, and I am a loyal customer and shop here all the time, however when the items did arrive 1 of the shirts I orderd out of 5 was missing. I decided to return all items on 2/4/21 ,exactly 30 days from when I ordered just to be told by Tamara/manger, that I would have to get a store credit because its pass 30 days, #1 I didnt receive the items until late and #2 obviously it's a math issue because today makes 30 days exactly, when I asked for corporate number she refused to give it to me and gave me Customer Service number, the customer Service rep asked to speak to her , which she was nasty to him as well and still refused to do the refund, Hollister has been good to me for years, but at this point they will never receive a dime of my money, nor from my...
Read moreFor a second time since the Pandemic started, we chose to visit the store to make some exchanges and return some items ordered online. The manager of the store is especially efficient and friendly at matching up online receipts with items, was quick to find replacements for items we wished to exchange, credit back for items now on sale and provide gift cards as credit for items returned outside of their stated policy time. Read moreBeen in another Hollister, where they have painted their wood/walls from dark brown to a mid-deep gray. This makes this store much more inviting and pleasant to shop in.
Hollisters suffer from having too few cashier personnel to cashier counters especially during and after the holidays to efficiently tend to purchases/exchanges/returns.
Many frustrated customers have surrounded me in line (not just this location), when logical/simple solutions are available but not used.
