Windsor — Local services in White Marsh

I was violated today in this location while changing in the dressing room. The employee Jasmine P. unlocked my door without knocking and pushed the door open into my shoulder while I was undressed. She didn’t even shut the door once she noticed I had no bottoms on and was completely exposed because I was trying on mini skirts. I had to push the door shut to give myself some privacy. She then questioned me about how many clothes I had and why didn’t I grab a number. The employees were not stationed at the dressing room and were letting all the girls in the store in and out of the dressing room without supervision. The employees were not attending to the dressing room as they should have been. This employee unlocked my fitting room without knocking or checking and hit me in the process. She chose to lecture me as if I worked there instead of apologizing for her mistake. I had to ask her to leave me alone so I could get myself together and leave the store with some dignity. I feel so violated and embarrassed. And to make matters worse, I called the police to get a report so they don’t do this to any other customers and the store manager decided to ban me from the store versus apologizing or taking any accountability as well. No one ever bothered to say I’m sorry for violating my privacy or for assaulting me with the door. No one cared that their own store policy was violated. I shop at Windsor often but I will never come back to any Windsor now that I see this is how customers are treated. Violated, humiliated, and attacked. Im so disappointed...

Windsor at the White Marsh Mall is utterly disgusting. Do not visit if you are a person of color. I am someone of Asian descent and faced rampant discrimination and racism in this store. The workers treated me like I was incompetent after making a mistake in the fitting rooms. Another customer treated me with the highest form of disrespect. I was perceived as a foreigner and treated with suspicion. I am deeply disappointed as I was dehumanized to such an extent. I will never forget this. Awesome top tier manger: Not only did I take hours in the store and tried on about 12 different items and dresses. The manager of the store Moray (more-Ray. I might’ve spelled it wrong) he delivered the utmost excellent customer service. He was patient with his staff and many other customers, respectful manners, polite, quick on his feet. Solved the problem when I tried to purchase a dress I really really needed and so much more. I don’t shop at Windsor that often but I’d come back just for him. I hope he sees this, thank u so...
