GameStop — Attraction in White Settlement

Bad experience We went into the store to get a couple games with a gift card. My son picked out what he wanted and we went to pay. The cashier at the time rang us up and gave us our total. As we were paying, I noticed that the price of the game we were being charged was for the Game of the Year edition that they were out of stock on. I asked "are we getting charged the price of the special edition or the regular game?" The cashier told us "it was only a couple dollars difference". My wife asked "does that mean it's going to be less money? She replied "yeah". I went outside outraged by this knowing she was in the wrong, not only for lying to our face but to say "it's only a couple dollars difference!!! I got my receipt to come back inside to confront the cashier without my family there and she all of sudden found the Game of the Year edition we had paid for once I showed my frustration. Customer service...

We went here today to spend money when we can easily go to Walmart to get a ps4 controller. The assistant manager Michael told us he had 5 people in his store he was at capacity. 1 person left so I could walk in and he stopped me again and told me he actually had 6 people and I wasn't allowed in. I asked him if he was the store manager and he lied and said he was and then when I asked for his name he said he was actually the assistant manager. This is why Gamestop is doing so bad is because you have managers like this. We understand social distancing but he had 6 people in there so he was already breaking his rule...

Very poor customer service, not professional at all..after getting my black edition wii system together in the box perfectly went to this location and after all that time they wouldn't take it because the nunchk was missing, and the extra white controller or Mario kart black and white wheels were not enough along with about 8 games..then after unboxing all of it they wouldn't even return it to me in the box like it was before going in, they threw everything back in the box..why even try to go to gamestop anymore if this is the service your going to get.not going...
