Got a response from the Regional Manager Brady asking to email him to which I did. Yesterday I received a response. Brady was very kind and went above and beyond. He informed me he talked to the staff and they are now all on the same page of how the below incindent should have been handled, to which I truly appreciated. With that I will continue to be a 151 customer as there coffee's in my opinion are top notch and the vibe there is refreshing.
6/25/25 I went to this 151 Coffee and Alondra (said manager) was anything but nice. I come through this location multiple times a week and have been for months. Usually they are all very nice and kind. Today it was her and another girl working took them forever to stop talking to the car in front of me and take my order. I then pay with Apple Pay, it shows payment went through. She informed me it didn’t. After showing her it did and checking with my bank she said it didn’t.
Frustrated I asked for a manager to which I get told she was asked for corporate and she would not give. Said I could google it. Below are pics showing my transaction was successful, even my bank rep said it was.
I go back into 151 with rep on phone and speak with Alondra again, to which she tells me she doesn’t even show my order. How does she not show my order? She is the one who took my order. She informed me I could call Brady, I guess he is another Manager. Tried that number but believe it was not an accurate number. Overall just very disappointed with the service normally they are all so nice and kind. I felt like today she was just condescending and basically calling me a liar.
Filed a dispute with my bank. Since it’s the only 151 around here I’ll continue to go will just use cash...
Read moreI love 151 and have been coming to this location since they opened. I adore all of the employees and have never had any problems. They know my name, my order, and helped me figure out what drink works for me after I developed some health issues where I cannot digest gluten, sugar, or dairy. They are wonderful and I drive out of the way to frequent this location almost daily. However, this evening Alana made my order. She made it wrong twice and when I let her know, “oh btw it’s supposed to be medium, etc” she got upset. Threw something on the counter and was very obviously frustrated. I tried to be understanding as I’ve worked at a coffee shop but her attitude progressed. I was very upset. I went back and was fully prepared to pay for a second drink made properly by one of the employees who knows my order, again I see her almost every time I go there, and she gladly fixed the problem and understood why I was upset. Honestly, if I saw Alana again I’d probably keep driving and forgo my coffee overall. She shouldn’t be working in customer service if she can’t handle...
Read moreI’ve never had any issues with this coffee shop until this morning. I pulled up to the window, and a young lady steps out to take my order I greet her with “hi how are you” she complete ignores me and on the tablet probably prepping to take my order. No eye contact whatsoever, so I went ahead and order an iced white macadamia xtra sweet , she’s typing on the tablet I’m assuming she’s putting in the order , she looks at me and says a white chocolate Mac , and I reply yes please extra sweet and then she goes “what”. So rudely. Usually people would say something such as “I’m sorry what was that” no this young lady was just blatantly rude. I want to assume she didn’t hear me because of how loud the atmosphere was. But then again I can just say after Covid many business lack of customer service no greetings, no please or thank yous. Sad to say this is one of the places, also my drink was filled up with an absurd amount of ice I’ve never had such a problem before just hoping today...
